Founder-led local SEO

Get your phone ringing. Not just your rankings.

I help local service businesses turn Google and AI search into booked jobs. Quietly, honestly, and without the big agency drama.

Six industries One client per market You work with me
The quiet problem

You're better than the business getting the call.

Right now someone in your town is searching for what you do. They'll call one business today. Which one has almost nothing to do with who's best at the job. It comes down to a cleaner profile, fresher reviews, the right pages, and a name the web trusts. I close that gap, so the calls start finding you.

Who I help

Six industries. Each one I know by heart.

01 / HVAC

HVAC

The search that happens the moment the AC dies in July. Install, repair, emergency.

Ads avg ~$128 a lead. Organic costs you a fraction.
02 / Roofing

Roofers

Storm jobs, replacements, inspections. High-ticket work that starts on Google.

Roofing leads top $228 on ads. The map is cheaper.
03 / Dental

Dentists

General, cosmetic, implants, and the emergency that fills a chair this week.

A new patient is worth thousands over time.
04 / Legal

Injury lawyers

Auto, premises, workplace. The highest-value local search there is.

One signed case can outrun a year of marketing.
05 / Home

Home services

Plumbing, electrical, and the trades people search for by the block.

First to answer usually wins the job.
06 / CPA

CPAs & accountants

Bookkeeping, S-corps, advisory. The clients who stay for years, not one April.

A business client is worth $5k to $50k in fees.
The work

Six things, done properly, all pointed at one outcome.

01

Google Business Profile

The single biggest free lever you own, and the one most businesses leave half-built. Category, services, photos, posts, questions, the lot. Rebuilt to compete for the top of the local pack.

02

A reviews engine that keeps turning

A calm, repeatable way to earn fresh reviews from happy customers, and a steady hand for the occasional bad one. Recency moves rankings more than most owners realize.

03

Pages that win local searches

A real page for each service and each place you serve, written with genuine local detail. The opposite of the thin, copy-pasted pages Google now quietly buries.

04

Citations and listings that line up

Your name, address, and phone made identical everywhere that counts. The unglamorous groundwork that both Google and AI read before they trust you.

05

Local links and mentions

Real signals from local press, suppliers, associations, and the places people ask for recommendations. Earned, never spun up in a link farm.

06

The technical foundation

Speed, mobile, schema, internal structure. The quiet fundamentals that hold everything above them in place.

What is changing
45%of people used AI to find a local business this year. A year ago it was six.

Your customers stopped only Googling. Now they ask.

They open ChatGPT, or Gemini, or Google's own answer at the top of the page, and they ask who the best option near them is. Google now shows an AI answer on roughly two-thirds of local searches.

Soon the question is not whether you are on Google. It is whether AI will say your name when someone asks.

The quiet truth is that most of what AI repeats about you comes from places you do not own. Reviews, forums, listings. Get that foundation right and you win both the map and the machine. Almost nobody in local SEO is looking here yet. That is the opening.

The first ninety days

From the day you sign to the day it rings.

Week 1

Audit

I study your profile, your site, your citations, and the competitors beating you. Then I get to work.

Week 2

Rebuild

Your Google Business Profile is rebuilt from the ground up to fight for the local pack.

Weeks 3–4

Foundation

Citations cleaned and built. Your first local pages shipped and indexed.

Month 2

Momentum

The reviews engine goes live. More pages ship. The first local links land.

Month 3

Compound

The first full report shows what moved. I pour fuel on whatever is working.

The honest part

What I won't do.

The fastest way to read an agency is what it refuses to do.

No.

Promise you the number-one spot. Nobody can promise Google a position, and the ones who do are closing you.

No.

Take ecommerce, SaaS, or national brands. Six local industries, nothing else.

No.

Lock you into a year. Three months to let the work breathe, then month to month.

No.

Blast junk directories, build thin city pages, or touch a fake review.

No.

Hand your account to a junior or an offshore team. You email, I answer.

A note from me

I started Rivi Growth because the businesses that deserve the work were the ones nobody wanted.

Big agencies skip the one-truck HVAC company and the single-location dentist, because the deal is too small to matter to them. So those owners get handed to a junior, or to a content farm overseas, and they pay four figures a month for blog posts nobody reads.

I have spent more than ten years doing SEO and content, for software companies, IT firms, and local businesses across the US and Australia. I know what actually moves the needle, and I know how little of it most agencies bother to do.

So I keep this deliberately small. A handful of clients, and one business per industry, per city, which means when you hire me, your competitor cannot. You will always talk to the person doing the work, and it's me.

Honest answers

The questions owners actually ask.

Depth beats spread. When I know an industry's searches, customers, and seasonality cold, I move fast and waste none of your money learning on the job. HVAC, roofing, dental, injury law, home services, CPAs. That's the list.

That's the whole point of staying small. I take one client per industry per city, so you get the person doing the work, not a salesperson and a rotating cast of juniors. Big shops carry hundreds of accounts and spread them thin. I'd rather go deep on a few.

A monthly report tied to tracked calls, direction requests, and booked jobs. Not a ranking screenshot. If the phone isn't ringing more, we both see it plainly in the numbers.

Early movement in sixty to ninety days, meaningful compounding results by months three to six. Anyone promising overnight is selling you something.

Good. They work together, and I'll tell you honestly where ads still make sense once organic carries its weight. The aim is to lower your cost per call over time, not rent it forever.

The foundation work takes a few weeks to show up in calls, and judging it sooner is unfair to both of us. After three months you're month to month, no penalty to leave.

Let's find out if we're a fit.

A free thirty-minute call. I'll tell you exactly what I would do in your first ninety days, whether or not you hire me. You'll leave knowing more than you came with.
